Introducing Don West Graul
Don West Graul, who is a graduate of the University of Houston College
of Law, has been practicing general and family law in Houston for the past forty years. He was one of the
first professionals in Texas to be trained in the practice of Structured Divorce Mediation in 1981, and has been active
in the field of alternative dispute resolution ever since. Don was a founding member of the Texas Association of Mediatiors,
and is the incoming President of the Houston Chapter of the Association for Conflict Resolution. He has attained the
Practitioner level of Membership in the Association of Conflict Resolution. Don is also a member of Collaborative Family Lawyers
of Houston.
Introducing Carol Hoffman
Carol Hoffman, CPA / Mediator, joined Mediation Associates
of Houston in 1987. She is a Past President of the Texas Association of Mediators and served on the Supreme Court of Texas
Advisory Committee on Court Annexed Mediation. Carol serves as treasurer of the Houston Chapter of the Association for Conflict
Resolution and she has attained the Practitioner level of membership in the Association for Conflict Resolution.
She is a member of the Houston Chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
